Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. She received her Master’s in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. Jessica has experience working with a variety of clients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She enjoys working with individuals, couples, families, and groups.
Jessica believes in providing a safe environment where people can feel empowered to explore their strengths to help them overcome the obstacles in their life. She uses a strengths-based approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist people in creating transformation in their lives. Jessica provides Christian counseling upon request to help individuals be authentic while growing in a deeper relationship with God. Jessica is passionate about working with young adults to help them discover their purpose and reach their full potential.
