Recruiter

Position:  Recruiter

Reports to:
This person will report directly to the VP of Mergers and Acquisitions.

Role/Duties:
As the Recruiter, you will use available resources to recruit new clinicians, staff, and managers to join the Curis team. Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding the staffing needs and growth plans at each Curis location.
  • Planning and executing a recruiting program to keep pace with the growth of Curis.
  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
  • Vetting practitioners for culture and operational fit
  • Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Working with the VP of Mergers and Acquisitions to complete paperwork for new hires.
  • Promoting Curis’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
  • Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
  • Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
  • Work with the onboarding team to ensure a dynamic, smooth, and culture forward first experience that will amplify the value and effectiveness of Curis.
  • Be an active partner in looking for new ideas for improvement and ongoing development for Curis.
  • All other duties as requested by Curis.

The Social Ad Coordinator’s ability to target customers, and deliver outstanding performance is unmatched. The Ad Coordinator is detail oriented and is a strategic and creative thinker with the drive and dedication to impact the business.

Responsibilities: 

  • Actively manage paid social campaigns to achieve the business goals – which is almost always conversion-focused.
  • Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on conclusions.
  • Communicate with the Director of Marketing on all elements of the campaign, including planning, performance, and project status.
  • Develop and manage execution of campaign plans.
  • Maintain a high level of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in social media and paid social media (betas, ad network updates, innovation opportunities, etc.).
  • Maintain knowledge of the dynamic digital ecosystem (search, social, native, display) and how channels work together.
  • Assist in development of media strategy and building paid social media plans (including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, flighting, etc.).
  • Thoroughly understand Curis’ business strategy, goals and KPIs.
  • Provide creative guidance
  • Provide strong, data-backed, recommendations to Curis’ for performance improvements.
