Cydney holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pittsburg State University. They graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Missouri Southern State University.

Cydney works with a variety of client populations ranging from young adults to older adults. They have previous experience with areas of counseling, including anxiety/stress, mood disorders, ADHD, and personality disorders. They use an integrative approach to counseling that includes a mixture of motivational interviewing, compassion-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, etc.

Cydney has a heart for working with clients to help them identify their goals and strengths within themselves. They are an active learner and compassionate about helping people by providing a safe space for them to express themselves.
