Desiree Schlotterer began her wellness journey in 2007, seeking natural solutions for enhanced mental clarity and a healthy body. Inspired by the profound impact of proper nutrition and a newfound passion for exercise on her life, Desiree felt compelled to share her discoveries with others. With 15 years of experience in holistic wellness, she has worked as a fitness instructor, trainer, health coach, and Individual Wellness instructor at MCC. Outside of work, Desiree enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, staying updated on the latest research in nutrition and fitness, and pursuing photography.
