Dr. Ware’s initial passion in life was studying piano and percussion from an early age and continuing through college. He studied at the University of Texas in Austin and the University of North Texas at Denton, where he received his music degree as his sites were set on performing and teaching. Then his chiropractor, Dr. James Whitmer, who practiced in Denton, suggested he consider going to chiropractic college. He thought to himself, “What a fun career that could be helping patients reclaim their health in a totally holistic manner, without drugs or surgery!”
After much thought and discussion with his parents, he enrolled in a pre-med program at the University of North Texas. Soon after, he began his Chiropractic studies at Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas.
Since 1986, Dr. Ware has been treating patients and over the years, he has had many wonderful experiences as a chiropractor. It’s been a pleasure for him to help patients regain their health and get back to the activities they enjoy in life.
To this day, he continues to study and educate himself on advanced treatments and therapies to help his patients get better faster. An interesting fact about Dr. Ware is that he is one of 12 doctors in the State of Texas who have primary spine care credentials in spinal trauma through both chiropractic and medical academia.
Ultimately, Dr. Ware’s goal is to make a positive difference in the lives of people around him. To that end, when not adjusting patients, Dr. Ware enjoys experimenting with various music, sound and rhythmic expressions through many styles including Blues, Jazz, Classic Rock, Celtic, Swing, Rockabilly, Techno, American Folk, Symphonic and numerous international genres. His go-to instruments are keyboards, percussion, acoustic, classical and electric guitar.
Last but not least, Dr. Ware encourages everyone to find ways to connect with nature by spending time outdoors through fitness or simple play which enlivens our spirit along with our bodies.
