Dr. Bob Pompella received his undergraduate degree from Central Arkansas University and his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Parker University In Dallas,TX.

His passion to work with kids and families started when he was young as his mom worked in a nursery and his dad worked at a family based Chiropractic office. After school he moved to Round Rock, TX to help open Impact Family Chiropractic which became one of the largest family-focused, neurologically-based, Chiropractic clinics in the state.

Dr. Bob recently moved to the DFW area with his wife Mackenzie and their four animals (2 dogs and 2 cats). In his free time, he enjoys finding new restaurants with his wife, fishing, hiking, running with his dogs and watching any sport that his wife allows.
