I work with adults ages 18 and up on problems from general anxiety and problem management to processing life traumas. I use grounding, humor and compassion in tandem with therapy to build lasting skills to promote whole and total wellness. I’m a believer in meeting at your level and treating the whole person.
I have been trained and use skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
