Jenny Esparza is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a big personality and an extensive background in mental health.  One of her favorite things about therapy is the diversity of issues that she can work with!  She is qualified to work with most anything and has experience with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, psychosis, etc.  Jenny is passionate about helping people through life’s rough patches, dilemmas, and or crisis’.  Jenny believes in being a facilitator of growth and has many therapeutic techniques at her disposal. She thrives on learning about how her clients experience life, while not telling clients what to do while assisting her clients in reaching their goals.  She is an advocate for LGBT, Veterans, Women’s Health and immigration rights.
 
Jenny has a diverse employment history as an ARMY Combat Veteran in the field of Military Intelligence, inpatient psychiatric hospital intake worker than supervisor, Child Protective Service Investigator and Conservatorship Case Worker, Social Security Administration Financial Auditor and Advocate with Disability Rights Texas, and is the 2020’s recipient of Social Worker of the Year for Central Texas Chapter for National Association of Social Workers.
