Joseph is a licensed marriage and family therapist associate who works with individuals and families with a variety of backgrounds and challenges, and has a special talent for child counseling. He enjoys working with adolescents, teens, and young adults who are transitioning between life stages, being challenged by current conditions, and struggling to find their place. Joseph also works with individuals on a variety of concerns (trauma, depression, anxiety, stress management, couple’s issues) as well as with families looking to improve the quality of their relationships.
Joseph was born in New York, but spent most of his adult life in Massachusetts before moving to Dallas. Joseph earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Clark University where he went on to receive a Masters of Arts in Teaching degree. While working as an elementary educator and tutor, Joseph discovered a connection between his various interests and previous experiences mentoring, tutoring, and teaching. He received his Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Cambridge College and is thrilled to be a part of the Curis team.
In his free time, Joseph can be found binge-watching shows on Netflix, playing with his dogs, and experimenting in the kitchen. He is an amateur photographer and loves to cook.
