Kayli Patrick is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Kayli has experience working with clients in crisis, clients facing anxiety, depression, suicide ideation, self-harm, and aggression, as well as group counseling to explore multiple issues. Kayli’s passion is working with adolescents and those in the military community but is open to all people in all walks of life. Kayli utilizes cognitive behavioral theories which allow for cultural adaptations when working with clients.

Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) looks at cognitive, behavioral, and emotional aspects of a person. Though Kayli utilizes CBT, she understands that all individuals are different, and keeps an open mind when working with different clients. The most important aspect of counseling is creating a safe space for clients to open up and not feel judged.

Kayli enjoys playing with her three dogs, curling up with a blanket to read a book, and having game nights with friends. Kayli is passionate about her work in the mental health field, and is looking forward to helping people. Let’s get to work!
