Lindsey Brooks, Psy.D., Psychologist, is a graduate of the Forest Institute of Professional Psychology. Dr. Brooks attended Missouri Southern State University to earn her undergraduate degree. Dr. Brooks grew up in Joplin, Missouri, and was committed to returning to this area to provide mental health care in an underserved area. Dr. Brooks treats children, adolescents, adults, and families. She also performs psychological, educational, Autism, and ADHD evaluations.

She has many years of experience in pre-surgical psychological evaluations associated with pain management and bariatric surgeries. She also performs parenting evaluations. Though she has a general practice, Dr. Brooks is interested in childhood behavior problems, trauma, and mood and anxiety disorders. She generally utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy treatment approach. Dr. Brooks strives to serve clients with a respectful and open attitude to provide the best care possible. She is committed to helping clients get results.
