I help overwhelmed, high performing, and anxious women overcome trauma wounding so that they can reclaim and live their most authentic lives. I work with adults age 18 and up and specialize in serving perinatal and postpartum mothers and fathers/caregivers. I also work from a trauma and inclusive lens and treat the whole person. I offer individual and group services in addition to community workshops. I am an advocate for mental health and social justice.
