January 2011-May 2017 Staff Doctor – Comfort Rehab Responsible for examination and treatment of patients. A variety of cases were represented including worker’s compensation, personal injury, major medical, and cash. Provided treatment of military veterans through the Veterans Choice Program.
August 2008-April 2009 Staff Doctor-Texas Back Institute A member of a multidisciplinary team of doctors including Spine Surgeons, Chiropractors, Physiatrists, Pain Management Specialists, Neurologists, and Physical Therapists providing care to a diverse group of patients with a variety of spinal complaints. These complaints would include herniated discs, spinal facet joint pain, and sacroiliac joint dysfunctions, among others.
August 2008-April 2009 Chiropractic Spine Fellow-Texas Back Institute Second person admitted to the Chiropractic Spine Fellowship Program at this world renowned multidisciplinary spine care facility. This program allowed the participant to evaluate, treat and/or triage over 1,000 patients and observe over 40 surgical procedures during the program year. Fellows are also required to visit and familiarize themselves with the following allied disciplines/procedures: Spinal Injections, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Behavioral Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Imaging.
February 2007-July 2007 Volunteer: Research Assistant – Parker College of Chiropractic Research Institute Produced a monograph on Osteoporosis. Collaborated with senior researchers on a paper entitled: Establishing a Normative Database for Joint Position Sense
Instructor-Parker College of Chiropractic Taught students and administered exams in the following courses: Palpation and Extraspinal Technique.

July 2003-July 2006 Clinic Director-Accident and Injury Chiropractic Responsible for direction of a high volume chiropractic practice specializing in worker’s compensation and personal injury cases. Duties included full evaluation and treatment of patients, practice growth, and open communications with other health care providers, peer reviewers, insurance and attorney representatives.
February 2002-June 2003 Associate Doctor-Accident and Injury Chiropractic Responsible for treatment of patients at multiple clinic locations. Duties included examinations, radiographic studies performed and interpreted, referrals to other healthcare disciplines, and as a member of a team of doctors, day to day treatment of up to 200 patients per day.
