Tami strongly desires to support individuals and couples in untangling themselves from unhealthy patterns, healing wounds, and finding their unique purpose (Hebrews 12:1). “At this point in your life, you may feel despair, hostility or emptiness. If you worry about the future or believe that things will never change, I want you to know you can find hope, freedom, and a sense of wholeness.”

Tami obtained her Master’s Degree in Counseling at Dallas Baptist University. She completed her counseling practicum at the Meier Clinics in Richardson, where she gained valuable experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. She has been offering counseling services in Frisco since 2013.

She provides a safe, therapeutic relationship built on trust, grace, and collaborative development of goals and strategies. Tami uses techniques specific to each client’s need to work with them to reach their goals. Her experience includes anxiety, depression, marital and intimacy concerns, family and parenting concerns, divorce recovery, work-life stress, family of origin issues, grief/loss, self-concept improvement, healthy boundary development, and spiritual issues.

Tami and her husband are delighted to be the parents of two adult daughters. Throughout the many seasons of her life, Tami has watched how people face life with its troubles and triumphs. She has marveled at how God has woven each person uniquely, and she looks forward to supporting you in your journey.
