I work with adults and teens age 14+ on problems ranging from getting over a breakup to overcoming a lifetime of trauma. I use humor and compassion alongside technique and knowledge to help clients calm their thoughts, develop meaningful connections with others, and resolve even long-standing problems.
I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy skills (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and psychodynamic techniques to identify and challenge damaging thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors, ultimately helping clients create a life they want to live.
