About

My counseling style is one of warmth and unconditional acceptance. All sessions are “judgement-free zones.” I provide service that is client-centered and strength-based. I believe that every human being deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. I am a caring, compassionate therapist who is able to quickly build rapport and provide a safe space. In addition to counseling, I enjoy reading, working out, cycling, crocheting, and anything involving fine arts. I am also very passionate about couples counseling and marriages staying together, if possible.

Who are you are best positioned to serve?
I am best positioned to serve adults who are motivated to change, willing to take ownership for the mistakes they have made, while accepting the challenge to turn their mistakes into “teachable moments”, and having a desire to work in partnership with me to work address their trauma and life issues.
What areas you feel are your biggest strengths?
My biggest strengths are my authenticity, my genuine compassion for the needs of others, and my strong faith that God is ordering every area of my life.
What's your favorite part about being a therapist?
My favorite part about being a therapist is walking along beside my clients in this leg of their journey, assisting and empowering them to make the changes they want for their life.
What can clients expect?
Client’s can expect to take away new insight and perspectives about their life. They can also expect to take away an action plan with recommendations that will help them accomplish their therapeutic goals.
Why did you join Curis?
I joined Curis because I strongly resonate with and believe in the mission of addressing both the mental and the physical condition of the client.
