Trisha Murphy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over a decade of experience in the medical and mental health fields.

Her focus includes a wide range of treatment areas, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, stress management, interpersonal relationship issues, grief/loss, coping with injury/ pain/ complex medical problems, trauma, weight loss, sports performance, life role transitions, memory and age decline, personality disorders, adult ADD, substance use.

Trisha has done extensive work with in/outpatient medical and mental health facilities which allows her to assist countless patients struggling to cope with grief/loss of both chronic medical and mental health conditions. She is passionate about how our brains are wired to work and believes that our mind and body are connected.

Trisha enjoys CrossFit and blowing off steam through exercise. She loves hearing people’s stories, and making a positive impact. Her motto is that life is too short to feel as though you are constantly struggling.
