Amy holds a BA in Psychology and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is dually licensed as a Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor. With over a decade of experience in the behavioral health field—both inpatient and outpatient—and more than twenty years in business management and supervision, Amy brings a well-rounded and compassionate approach to her work.

Her passion lies in serving others through collaboration, support, and the practical knowledge she has gained throughout her career. Amy focuses on building strong relationships rooted in wellness, growth, trust, and integrity to help clients navigate their personal journeys.

A Colorado native, Amy enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with family, hiking with her dogs, and practicing Reiki.

What areas you feel are your biggest strengths?
My biggest strengths are compassion, empathy, and patience. I value health and wellness. My approach is direct, solution focused, and trauma informed. I believe success is subjective and different for all clients. Ultimately, success is about anything that improves a person’s quality of life so I approach each client individually.

I love that I get to be a part of someone’s journey towards growth, wellness, and personal fulfillment.
