About
Fostering “next steps” in all areas of life defines my counseling approach. My work focuses on meeting each individual with presence, respect, openness, flexibility, and compassion. I prioritize connection which is essential to modeling healthy relationships. Personally, my experience with childhood loss, a pervasive family history of depression and anxiety, and a diagnosis of ADHD have created opportunities to learn and grow personally and professionally.
