Chris helps clients recover from addictions, and he assists couples in creating healthy partnership patterns. Chris obtained his master’s from the University of Central Oklahoma, and he is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor.

What areas you feel are your biggest strengths?
I specialize in addictions, including codependency. I help clients gently explore the trauma responses that interfere with being our best selves.

I love seeing people gradually discard the baggage that is blocking them and get in touch with their true selves.
