Davina Linguist, also holding an LPC-Associate designation, is a dedicated licensed therapist who believes in the profound influence of our words and thoughts on our belief systems, habits, and behavioral patterns. Davina’s therapeutic approach centers on the idea that transforming our beliefs and language can cultivate hope and a more fulfilling life.

She has extensive experience working with a diverse range of individuals, including adolescents, adults, and the elderly, who are navigating challenges such as addictive behaviors, anxiety, life stressors, suicidal ideation, grief, depression, and maladaptive behaviors. Davina is committed to creating a non-judgmental environment where every individual feels safe to be their true, vulnerable, and courageous self.

Her positive and encouraging demeanor, coupled with empathy and compassion, supports clients throughout their therapeutic process. Davina is passionate about empowering individuals to “speak life” even in difficult circumstances, fostering hope and resilience.

Building on over two decades of experience in corporate human resources, talent acquisition, and working alongside C-Suite Executives, she continues her passion for serving others by focusing on mental health and overall well-being within her community.

In her personal time, Davina enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, mentoring, volunteering, and expressing her creativity through decorating.
