Jeannine M. Gambles is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals and couples in high-stress situations. She’s able to assist individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Additionally, she’s able to help those coping with identity, including the LGBTQ+ community, as well as those dealing with trauma to include veterans. For couples, she’s able to be of service to those experiencing infidelity, feeling stuck, or those who want to uncouple healthily.
After teaching for 18 years and being deployed to Iraq during that time, Jeannine decided to switch gears in hopes that she could help others with the many transitions encountered in our lives. She chose marriage and family therapy because her he belief that she can work with individuals and couples who are facing challenges, helping them to grow, renew, recharge, and restore.
Her focus is to use therapeutic approaches that best suit the client where they are. Jeannine has experience working with individuals and couples who suffer from anxiety, depression, grief, identity issues, LGBTQ+ issues, mood disorders, sexual identity issues, trauma, women’s issues, and veterans with PTSD.
Jeannine’s therapeutic approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Systems Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. She is also EMDR-Trained and offers this to patients who have treatment plans that qualify. In addition, for couples, she is also able to use Emotionally Focused Therapy.
