About

I believe in a person-centered approach and meeting individuals where they’re at while providing a safe and nonjudgmental environment. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with individuals, families, and groups. I apply evidence-based treatment while catering to the individual person. Some of the therapies I utilize include cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, exposure therapy, and mindfulness. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma. When I’m not providing therapy, I enjoy hiking, reading, traveling, and spending time with my husband and my Rottweiler.
