Shea is a highly motivated and energetic therapist who has worked in the mental health and substance abuse field for over 20 plus years as a Clinical Director and a therapist. She earned both her degrees from the University of Oklahoma and was an athlete at OU. She works with adults specializing in Personal health and growth, looking at the Mind, Body, and Spirit, including family dynamics. Multiple modalities include but are not limited to being EMDR trained and certified in Narrative exposure therapy for trauma, CBT, and DBT with an emphasis on Gestalt therapy. Enjoys creating a family or individual Intensive sessions to deal with the here and now.

She loves to exercise, travel and be with her family. Shea is married and has one son who is in college, and her dog Blair is a rescue full of love. Her life experiences, challenges, and education has given her empathy and direct honesty to help others dig deep and find solutions. ” I believe we are all connected on a spiritual level, and if change is to occur, it must come from within and take action to do something different.
