About

I believe therapy can change the course of a person’s life—and that includes the relationships we build along the way. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, feeling stuck, or facing challenges in a relationship, I offer a warm, curious, and honest space to explore what’s next. I work with individuals and couples, and I’m especially drawn to helping people find clarity, connection, and meaning in their lives. My style is creative and grounded—I’ll hold space for your experience while also being direct when needed, often with a bit of humor. Together, we’ll explore the stories you’ve carried, the patterns that may no longer be serving you, and the tools that can support lasting change. I draw from evidence-based approaches and mind-body awareness to help clients feel more in tune with themselves and more empowered in their relationships. I’ve also had a winding and rich professional path, which gives me a wide lens and deep appreciation for how people grow and change—sometimes in big leaps, and sometimes in quiet, steady steps. If you’re ready to explore your next chapter, I’m honored to walk with you.

Who are you are best positioned to serve?
Couples, Families, Individuals
What areas you feel are your biggest strengths?
I’m deeply present with my clients and attuned to what’s said—and often what’s not. People often tell me they feel safe to show up just as they are, which makes real change possible. I bring a sense of structure to the work so you don’t feel lost in your process, while staying flexible enough to meet you where you are each week. Therapy with me is both thoughtful and down-to-earth, always in service of helping you feel more like yourself.
What's your favorite part about being a therapist?
The best part of being a therapist is helping people understand themselves and feel more in control of their lives. I get to be part of real change, whether that’s feeling less overwhelmed, improving relationships, or making important decisions. It’s meaningful work, and I feel lucky to do it.
What can clients expect?
Clients often leave sessions with a clearer sense of what they’re feeling and why it matters. You can expect practical tools, thoughtful reflections, and the kind of support that helps you make sense of your inner world. Over time, you’ll likely notice more confidence, more clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself and others.
