Dr. Stephen Kramer received his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN in 1988.

His introduction to chiropractic care began after playing football first, injuring his neck and back in high school and later in college at St. John’s University. While chiropractic played a role in keeping him on the field, it wasn’t until he played Men’s Fastpitch softball that he played alongside a chiropractor who helped him begin to see the real benefits of chiropractic.

Dr. Kramer was born in Lucan, Minnesota, and grew up with 7 siblings in organized chaos and a very wonderful faith-filled family. He lives in Saint Paul with his wife Marla and is recently an empty nester after helping raise 5 children. In practice for 35 years, his last 23 have been in Prior Lake, MN. He has served in many capacities in the community, including Chamber President, singing the church choir, supporting Marla & our kids in the local theater, Chairing the Wellfit committee in the School district, and helping out at in Rotary. His vision was to put a wellness center filled with Massage, Physical Therapy, Weight Loss, Acupuncture, and Chiropractic under one roof and help people become a better and healthier version of themselves.
