I grew up in a small town in Kansas with a strong desire to live in the city, which became my reality in Wichita, Kansas for over a decade until I was ready for my next adventure to the Kansas City area. I’m a family oriented person, being one of eight siblings in our blended family. One of my favorite childhood memories was traveling to Overland Park so it’s amazing that I have the opportunity to live here!

Adults who are focused on becoming the best versions of themselves.
What areas you feel are your biggest strengths?
Creating a safe place for clients to come and just be; giving them time to process the challenges they face and progress towards healing.
What's your favorite part about being a therapist?
Being able to meet people where they are and offer support in one of their most vulnerable moments in life.
What can clients expect?
A sense of relief that they have been heard and less weight to carry than when they came in.
