About

I like to say this is my third career, but in all honesty, my heart has always been drawn to helping people. I received my bachelor’s in marketing from The University of North Texas and worked in the field of advertising for many years.  I’ve worked in both private and public schools, working with ages 3-18 as a teacher, health & wellness coach, and social worker. I received my social work degree from The University of Texas at Arlington. I have worked in a homeless shelter, teen PHP/IOP facility, and now, private practice. I have such a passion for helping people find their balance and joy to live a life they want and are proud of.
