I became a therapist because I know firsthand how scary it feels when your child is struggling and you’re not sure how to help. I dedicate my work to teens who often feel misunderstood, shut down, or overwhelmed, and to parents who want to see their kids happier and more connected. I create a safe, judgment-free space where teens can open up, practice new coping skills, and build confidence. I also partner with parents, offering guidance and tools to make home life less stressful and more supportive. My style is down-to-earth and real—I combine evidence-based approaches, such as TF-CBT and DBT, with humor, creativity, and a lot of heart. Because I’ve been both the professional and the parent in the room, families tell me I “get it” in a way that feels different. At the core, my mission is to walk alongside families so they don’t feel alone on the path toward healing and hope.
