Who are you are best positioned to serve?
I’m best positioned to support adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of nutrition needs, especially those with complex or overlapping health concerns such as diabetes, gut health issues, hormonal changes, and heart health. I also work closely with individuals struggling with disordered eating, emotional eating, or a challenging relationship with food. My approach is ideal for those who feel overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition information or have tried restrictive plans without lasting success. I focus on practical, personalized strategies that support sustainable change and fit real life. I also partner with families to support pediatric nutrition needs in a manageable, developmentally appropriate way.
What areas you feel are your biggest strengths?
I feel my greatest strengths are in women’s health, gut health, and oncology nutrition, as well as helping clients navigate disordered eating and weight management. I’m passionate about simplifying nutrition and creating realistic, sustainable plans that help clients feel better without feeling restricted.
What's your favorite part about being a dietitian?
My favorite part about being a dietitian is helping people realize nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated or restrictive to be effective. I love seeing that moment when things finally “click,” and they feel confident making choices that truly fit their lives. You don’t have to give up your favorite foods to be healthy, I love helping people find that balance and feel good about it.
What can clients expect?
I like to create small, manageable goals that build over time toward a client’s larger goals. This approach helps make meaningful, sustainable changes—without the overwhelm of a complete lifestyle overhaul.
Why did you join Curis?
I joined Curis because I’m passionate about providing personalized, patient-centered nutrition care that supports real, sustainable change. I value Curis’ functional approach and its focus on treating the whole person and the body as a system. Being part of a team that shares this comprehensive, whole-body perspective is important to me, as it allows me to better support clients in improving their overall health and achieving lasting results.
