About

Dr. Johnathen Baggett is a Doctor of Chiropractic with a passion for helping athletes and active individuals recover from injuries, improve movement, and perform at their highest level. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University after completing a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at the University of Central Arkansas. His background in athletics, combined with years of coaching competitive cheer and working with athletes of all ages, has shaped his performance-driven approach to patient care.

Dr. Baggett focuses on identifying the root cause of pain and movement limitations while helping patients build strength, resilience, and confidence to return to the activities they love. Whether treating competitive athletes, weekend warriors, or active families, his goal is to keep people moving and performing at their best.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Baggett enjoys spending time with his wife and their dogs, traveling, staying active, and pursuing his passion for hunting and the outdoors. He believes in practicing the same active lifestyle that he encourages in his patients every day.

Who are you are best positioned to serve?
I am best positioned to serve athletes and active individuals who want to move better, recover from injuries, and optimize their performance. My experience working with youth, high school, collegiate, and recreational athletes allows me to understand the physical demands of training and competition while providing individualized care to help them return to their sport safely and efficiently.
What areas you feel are your biggest strengths?
My greatest strengths are identifying the root cause of musculoskeletal pain, providing individualized treatment plans, and helping patients return to the activities they enjoy. I combine hands-on chiropractic care with soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation, and movement-based strategies to not only relieve pain but also improve function and reduce the risk of future injury. With a background in exercise science, sports performance, and coaching, I understand the physical demands placed on athletes and active individuals. My goal is to help every patient move better, recover efficiently, and perform with confidence, whether they’re competing in sports or simply staying active in everyday life.
What's your favorite part about being a chiropractor?
My favorite part about being a chiropractor is helping people get back to doing what they love. Whether it’s an athlete returning to competition, a parent playing with their kids without pain, or someone simply moving better in their everyday life, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing patients regain confidence in their bodies. Having experienced firsthand how chiropractic care can change someone’s life, I’m passionate about combining movement, rehabilitation, and hands-on treatment to help people perform at their highest potential and stay active for years to come.
What can clients expect?
Clients can expect a thorough evaluation, hands-on treatment, and a personalized plan designed to help them move better, recover faster, and perform at their best. My goal is not only to relieve pain but also to identify the underlying cause of dysfunction, improve movement quality, and provide the tools needed to stay healthy and active. Every session is focused on helping patients leave feeling better, moving more confidently, and equipped to continue progressing both in and out of the clinic.
Why did you join Curis?
I joined Curis Functional Health because it aligns with my passion for helping people move better, recover from injuries, and live active lives. Curis’ collaborative, patient-centered approach allows me to provide comprehensive care while working alongside other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes. I’m excited to be part of a team that values individualized treatment, education, and helping patients reach their health and performance goals.
