About

I believe that everyone deserves a safe, compassionate and judgement-free space where they can feel heard, understood and supported. My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered. I strive to build genuine connections with each person I work with, recognizing that every individual’s experiences and goals are unique. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, or simply feeling overwhelmed, my goal is to help you feel empowered and supported every step of the way. Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I look forward to partner with you as you build resilience and discover a new perspective on life.
Who are you are best positioned to serve?
Adults with anxiety, depression and life stressors. Couples with marital issues and relationship concerns. Older adults navigating aging. Individuals dealing with life transitions. Clients with grief.
What areas you feel are your biggest strengths?
I am the biggest advocate for my clients. I believe the best in each person I work with. My biggest strength is my ability to build genuine connections. I have empathy and compassion for my clients. I am authentic and trusting. I will always be curious and thoughtful with each client.
What's your favorite part about being a therapist?
I enjoy people. I believe the best in everyone. I have seen people at their worst and in their best moments. I feel it is a privilege and honor to be a part of my client’s story. I want to be the light that provides hope and restores happiness to my clients. My favorite part of being a therapist is having the opportunities to see growth in the people I work with.
What can clients expect?
I expect my clients to feel heard and confident that they are in a safe space to explore their concerns. I plan to utilize the strength-based approach to help clients recognize their resilience and build on what’s already working.
Why did you join Curis?
I have worked in the medical field for over two decades. I understand the value of being treated by a team of professionals. Curis offers a team to help individuals by using a holistic approach. I have seen first-hand how that approach can change lives. I want to be a part of team that looks at the entire picture in order to bring improvement to people’s lives.
