Dr. Mark Balderston is a Shawnee-based chiropractor and former Kansas State Board of Healing Arts member with over 40 years of experience providing community-focused chiropractic care.
About
Dr. Mark Balderston hails from Mission, Kansas, where he completed his schooling at Shawnee Mission North High School. His passion for baseball earned him scholarships at Johnson County Community College and Phillips University in Enid, Oklahoma. After completing his education there, he pursued his chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College. Since 1980, Dr. Balderston has been practicing in Shawnee.
He has also made significant contributions to the medical community by serving as a board member of the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts, a position he has been appointed to by two distinct Governors. On the personal front, Dr. Balderston is happily married to Lou Ann. Their daughter, Christi, is an MD specializing in palliative care at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Balderston takes immense pride in his family, especially his three wonderful grandchildren.
