Adriana Beck is a Licensed Professional Counseling with a passion for helping others achieve emotional wellness. She holds a master’s degree in Professional Counseling and School Counseling from Amberton University.

As a former member of the National Gymnastic Team for my home country, Venezuela, she experienced first-hand the importance of balancing mental and physical health. Those years as an elite athlete taught her that her emotions and mindset played a decisive role in my performance, apart from how physically prepared she was for the task. Success is a combination of mental, emotional, and physical health.

Before becoming a counselor, she was a high school teacher, and that’s where my passion to help others, to understand their journey, emotions and struggles started to grow. She continues to enjoy working with adolescents and adults in individual and group settings to help them improve their quality of life.

Adriana offers bilingual (English/Spanish) counseling services in a safe, non-judgemental environment where you can explore your true self. She believes that every client is unique and brings his or her own story to counseling, therefore she will provide the platform to grow physically, mentally, and emotionally, implementing various counseling theories and techniques to fit the needs and goals of each individual.

She continues to enjoy being involved in the world of gymnastics by judging all levels of club gymnastics, NCAA as well as international level.
