Dr. Angie Franco, a Fort Worth native, developed her passion for movement and wellness at an early age. As a former gymnast and PURE Gold dancer at Boswell High, she has always embraced an active lifestyle. Her journey into chiropractic care began shortly after graduation when she started working as a chiropractic assistant—an experience that sparked a lifelong dedication to natural health and healing.
While completing her undergraduate studies at Tarrant County College, Dr. Franco spent over a decade managing chiropractic offices throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This hands-on experience provided her with extensive clinical exposure as well as a strong foundation in practice operations and patient care.
With the encouragement of her longtime mentor, Dr. Mark Scott, and a powerful letter of recommendation, Dr. Franco was accepted into Parker University, where she earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. During her time there, she was an active member of the Student American Chiropractic Association and served as a Legislative Representative in her final two years, advocating for policies to advance the chiropractic profession.
Dr. Franco has continued to expand her expertise through advanced training in clinical chiropractic neurology and functional nutrition. She is Webster Technique Certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), reflecting her commitment to caring for pregnant moms and pediatrics.
She has a special passion for working with young athletes, infants, children, and pregnant women, helping them stay strong, recover efficiently, and perform at their best. Dr. Franco is dedicated to providing personalized, results-driven care, grounded in her belief in the body’s natural ability to heal.
Outside of the office, Dr. Franco enjoys spending time with her husband, who is also a chiropractor, and their two children, Sophia and Aiden. As a family, they love staying active, exploring the outdoors, working out, and trying new foods together.
