About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals improve their emotional well-being, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. I provide a compassionate, judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to work through life’s challenges. I believe that mental, physical, and emotional health are deeply connected. I am passionate about collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to wellness, recognizing that healing is most effective when every aspect of a person’s health is addressed. Whether clients are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, or personal growth, I tailor treatment to each individual’s needs and goals. My counseling style is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, helping clients develop practical tools while fostering hope, confidence, and emotional resilience. I am committed to meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them on their journey toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Who are you are best positioned to serve?
I am best positioned to serve adolescents and adults seeking to improve their mental health and overall well-being. I enjoy working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, and the emotional impact of chronic pain or ongoing health conditions. I also work well with trauma survivors, providing a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment where clients can process their experiences at their own pace. My goal is to help clients regain a sense of safety, build resilience, strengthen healthy coping skills, and move toward healing and post-traumatic growth. I believe that counseling is an essential part of whole-person wellness.
What areas you feel are your biggest strengths?
I have a passion for working with trauma survivors and helping them heal at their own pace. I enjoy guiding people through difficult seasons and helping them find hope and direction. I don’t just listen – I help clients leave sessions with tools they can use in everyday life.
What's your favorite part about being a therapist?
My favorite part of being a therapist is witnessing the moment a client begins to believe in themselves again. I love helping people find clarity, build confidence, break unhealthy patterns, and recognize the strength they already have. It’s an honor to walk alongside my clients as they heal, grow, and create lives that align with who they truly want to be.
What can clients expect?
I hope that every client leaves each session feeling heard, understood, and supported. I want clients to gain greater insight into themselves, recognize their strengths, and feel empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. In our work together, clients develop practical coping skills, healthier ways of thinking and communicating, and increased confidence in their ability to navigate life’s challenges.
Why did you join Curis?
I joined Curis Functional Health because I believe the best care addresses the whole person – not just individual symptoms. The opportunity to collaborate with a chiropractor and dietitian in an integrated healthcare setting aligns with my belief that mental, physical, and emotional health are deeply connected. I was drawn to the organization’s commitment to whole-person health.
