My experience in nutrition comes from over 20 years of life experience as well as being a Functional Nutrition Coach for the last two years. In my past, I spent years doing things the traditional way. For me personally, that led to more and more medications. I realized one day that I wasn’t getting to the root but rather treating the symptoms. In the last 5+ years I began to search for more holistic methods. I quickly saw that was the path I desired. It’s extremely interesting and frankly, it just makes sense. More importantly, it works!
