About

As a committed therapist with five years of experience, I have dedicated myself to learning and applying various therapeutic approaches and techniques. I believe that you are the driver of your healing journey, and I am the passenger—ready to explore the path with you. Together, we can navigate life’s challenges with love, patience, and compassion.

As an eclectic therapist, I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every individual is unique, and our differences are a beautiful starting point toward a healthier, more fulfilling life. My values are deeply rooted in the ethical principles of respect, dignity, integrity, and autonomy, ensuring that each client feels empowered to explore holistic avenues for healing.

Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, and as a proud wife of a military veteran, I have experienced diverse dynamics that have shaped my passion for community and advocacy. My greatest joy is witnessing personal growth and transformation.

Who are you are best positioned to serve?
The clients I am best positioned to serve are those who are open and willing to explore their challenges and grow from them. It’s completely okay to feel uncertain about diving into vulnerability—in fact, I encourage it. Discomfort is often a sign of growth, and I believe in embracing the journey, not just the destination. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating—it can be an adventure. Whether you’re hesitant or just curious about the process, I encourage you to give it a try. You might be surprised by what you discover about yourself along the way.
What's your favorite part about being a therapist?
My favorite part of being a therapist is the engagement—witnessing clients grow, explore, and reach a point where they begin to reflect and ask the deep questions that lead to positive change. Seeing those moments of self-discovery and transformation is what fuels my passion. Helping individuals shift their perspectives and embrace new ways of thinking is not just rewarding—it’s the heart of why I do what I do.
