Natalee is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-S) who works with her clients to identify and progress towards their goals during times of distress. She believes that clients are the expert on themselves and she is passionate about helping them develop and utilize their strengths when facing stressors.

Natalee works with people struggling with depression, anxiety, poor emotion regulation, poor impulse control, intrusive thoughts, struggling with school, executive functioning, poor boundaries, interpersonal conflict, life transitions into adulthood, and the struggles that come with the different seasons of trying to conceive, pregnancy, and postpartum. She is a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) and works using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while utilizing strategies from Motivational Interviewing and Trust-Based Relational Interventions (TBRI) depending on the client and their needs.
