First of all, I’m a proud Minnesotan, hailing from Coon Rapids. My journey has been filled with diverse activities – from slow pitch softball and volleyball to weightlifting and playing the cello. I earned my B.A.Sc. in Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota Duluth, where my love for the outdoors blossomed through hiking the North Shore. At home I have my partner Edgar, Benji (standard poodle), Lorenzo (leopard gecko), Ximena and Coco (boa constrictors), Tork (ball python), and Sabrina (bull-snake).
In 2020, I completed my Doctor of Physical Therapy, from the University of Minnesota, and I’m passionate about helping others achieve their wellness goals. Whether through rock climbing, backpacking, or just enjoying green spaces, I believe in the power of movement and that everyone deserves to move their bodies pain-free and with joy.
