Life has taught me many lessons. I was once a victim of loss, betrayal, abuse, and disappointment. Now, I am an overcomer! I am no longer looking to “just” survive. I am not perfect. I am human just like you. However, I am also living proof that real change and healing are attainable. So, don’t you dare give up on yourself!

I specialize in working with women and young girls dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and those looking to discover and/or rediscover who they are. I enjoy creating a safe and inviting space. Allowing you the freedom to show up as your authentic self, which is where the real change begins. Christian faith can also be integrated into therapy at your request. I can’t wait to see how the plants you water throughout your journey begin to flourish!
