Feeling stuck, confused, overwhelmed, anxious, or alone? I am glad you are here. As a licensed clinical social worker, I am passionate about meeting people where they are at in their own individual story and helping them journey towards healing and growth. I believe personal understanding and strength can be found in the depths of vulnerability and wish to assist you through this process.I am honored to hear individual’s stories and hold space for them to feel safe, seen, heard, and valued.

In Michigan, I earned my bachelor’s degree in social work from Grand Valley State University and my Master of Social Work degree from Spring Arbor University. I have experience working in the child welfare system and supporting families and youth navigating the foster care system. In addition, I have personal and professional experience mentoring and counseling teenagers and college students navigating life transitions. In my years of experience providing mental health services, I am passionate about supporting kids, teenagers, and adults in their life experiences.

Outside of helping clients, I enjoy being active outdoors, baking desserts, and spending time with my family and young kids.
