Every person has the power within to heal themselves, but sometimes they need a little help to find their way.
Christina’s counseling approach is to meet a client where they are and walk beside them; helping them develop the tools necessary to live the most amazing life they can envision. She provides a calming and comfortable environment for clients to always feel safe and heard without judgement. For almost a decade Christina has been a pioneer of knowledge regarding the mind-body connection, somatic therapies, nutrition’s impact on mental health, maternal and fetal mental health, minimalism and the healing power of simplifying life, and healing within art and nature. She embodies a passion for working with women and teens who wish to holistically improve their quality of life.
Christina has experience working with adults and children of all ages, but her calling has been working to cultivate positive maternal and fetal mental health, teenagers, and with women’s holistic health. In the past she has worked in programs helping chronically homeless individuals with dual diagnosis, teen pregnancy, addiction during pregnancy, anxiety and depression, and children’s mental health.
Because having a positive connection with a counselor can make a world of difference in a person’s healing journey, Christina is offering a free 15 minute consultation. During this session the client will get a feel for the type of support Christina offers and the ability to express why they are reaching out for assistance.
Christina is offering both telehealth and in-person individual sessions and support groups. She also has a telehealth discount available. Christina lives south of Fort Worth with her 5 children in a Tiny House she built herself. She loves nature, crystals, music, is a multidisciplinary artist, and is constantly learning as more research comes out when it comes to the mind-body connection and alternative therapies.
