Jalisa completed her Bachelor of Science in Human Development & Family Science from The University of North Texas & her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University in Dallas. Jalisa specializes in issues related to depression, stress, anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationships. She believes that life, as beautiful as it is, presents us with many challenges throughout the course of our lives. Some of Jalisa’s therapeutic modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment-based, culturally sensitive, family systems, and multicultural approaches.
