Kaitlyn possesses the magic, quick fix for all of your problems… just kidding. As a lifetime therapy participant herself, she knows this path is not always short, shiny, or easy, but her job is to walk it with you & see you through it when you are ready. Kaitlyn’s work focuses on challenges of life: self-esteem, compassion, and regulation, relationship/social issues, life transitions, trauma, mood disorders, grief, issues specific to women and adolescent/student-athletes, perinatal mental health, and more. Kaitlyn is an LGBTQI+ ally and eager to work with humans of all backgrounds, orientations, preferences, identities, cultures, & ethnicities. She is eclectic and collaborative, weaving Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and other person-centered/strengths- and solutions-focused modalities. She also tends to incorporate lots of humor, warmth, and nerdy references in her treatment approach.
NOTE: Kaitlyn is unable to accept new patients until June 2, 2023, due to maternity leave.
