Theresa Hughes is wife to Dr. Brian Hughes, mother of three, and an Activate weight loss coach. Theresa was a collegiate-level cheerleader and former fitness competitor. Upon her own weight loss journey and dedication to her health, she committed herself to helping others through Activate, which specializes in DNA-based weight loss using a genetic report for a more customized approach.
