Complete and submit this application for our teams review. If you are a good fit, we will advance to step two. If not, we will notify you.
Initial 20-30 minute phone/zoom interview with one of our team members. If you are advanced to next steps…
Final phone/zoom interview with the Director of the Mental Health Therapy program.
If you are approved, the onboarding process will begin.

Onboarding Includes:

Technical team will assist with things like email, business cards, EHR credentials, etc.
Complete orientation.
Read and Review the Curis Practice Building Manual.
Create your Curis Practice Building Business Plan.
Schedule your meeting with your Curis Support Person.
